I recently purchased the Hooded Cable Knit Cardigan in a few colours and the quality was fantastic. The items arrived quickly and were extremely well packed. I've purchased a few evening dresses in the past and am a big fan of the brand so I thought with the lockdown I would try out some of the ready to wear or casual styles. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they were and the quality was definitely up there with many of the high end brands I've seen in Selfridges or Harrods but at much more affordable prices. Aftershock London is one of my favourite brands and hopefully will become my one stop shop for my every day needs.

I purchased the Flory Maxi Dress in Black in a UK Size 14 last week and it's the most beautiful dress I have ever seen and worn. The delivery was quick and I received my dress within a week. I sometimes struggle to find something elegant that fits but the quality and fit of the dress is superb and you can see the intricate detail in the dress too. I saw similar evening dresses and maxi dresses online for £500-600 and purchased this for £145. I highly recommend Aftershock London for their stunning range of dresses and excellent service. I can't wait to wear my new dress.

I ordered the Atela Bodycon Dress on 9/09/15 and it arrived next day beautifully packed and was the perfect size. I loved it so much and received numerous compliments. I was at first hesitant to order because I was not sure if it would be the correct size so I called the customer services number and they were extremely helpful and informed me on the exact dimensions of the dress. I commend their customer service and collection and hope to order a few more items for the party season.

I ordered a white bolero from Aftershock on November 28 to be delivered to Germany. The order was supposed to arrive within five or six days but never did. I sent an email to the company to which they replied one day later saying they will "investigate" why I hadn't received the item. I immediately replied, again receiving no answer which prompted a second email to which they replied the following day saying that they are still "investigating" why my order didn't arrive and that they had sent a replacement order. I explained that if the order isn't received by 10/12/2014 (after which no one would be available to receive the order) they will reimburse the full amount:

"We have send you replacement. It was dispatched yesterday on 10/12/2014. If you not wont receive it by Sunday we will refund you full amount."

The package was not received before the agreed-upon date, on 12/15/2014, after sending them yet another angry email, I received this reply:

"Your account will be credited please allow 1-2 working days for your refund to settle back in to your account."

I was supposed to wear the bolero I ordered from aftershock with my wedding dress. After returning from my honeymoon and TWO MONTHS from making the order, I haven't received the bolero and the MONEY HASN'T BEEN REIMBURSED TO MY ACCOUNT.

S%^T CUSTOMER SERVICE, do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

Poor experience buying from aftershockplc.com (otherwise known as Aftershock London). Their lack of customer services rendered was extremely disappointing. I didn't receive a tracking number notification via email after my parcel was shipped out. The fragile item I ordered wasn't even packed with any effort or care whatsoever. It was only placed in a cheap flimsy plastic baggy without any forethought of the fragile item incurring dents or scratches. Would shipping the delicate merchandise in a box been too difficult for them? I have never had this occur when ordering from other UK websites such as Asos, Debenhams, House of Fraser, New Look, or Dorothy Perkins. What a nasty turn off this experience was.
